Green Tea Pudding

Green Tea Pudding
- whipping cream 200g
- milk 150g
- coconut milk 50g
- sugar 50g
- gelatin leaf 7g
- green tea powder 7g

1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 2 minutes. Drain. Set aside.

2. Mix 50g milk and green tea powder with a handheld beater.

3. Heat whipping cream, 100g milk, coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan until slightly boil.

4. Remove from the heat, add in the softened gelatin and the green tea milk, mix well and let cool.

5. Pour the green tea mixture into 6 dessert cups evenly and refrigerate for 3 hours.
