Fondant Au Chocolat

English table
260 g dark chocolate
170 g salted butter
150 g sugar
4 eggs
Warm up the oven at 100°C
In a bain marie melt the chocolate in a bowl
Incorporate the butter to the chocolate
Remove the bowl from the bain marie and add the sugar to the chocolate+butter
Incorporate one by one the eggs to the previous mix
Pour in the stamp and put in the oven between 1h and 1h20 (depending on the width of the stamp, for a cake one count on 1h20, for a thighter stamp like the one Iused here it was around 1h)
A la table Française
260 g de chocolat noir
170 g de beurre salé
150 g de sucre
4 oeufs
Préchauffer le four à 100°C
Fondre le chocolat au bain marie
Ajouter le beurre
Hors du bain marie ajouter le sucre
Incorporer un à un les oeufs
Verser dans le moule et enfourner pour 1h à 1h20 (tout dépend de la largeur du moule, dans un moule à cake compter 1h20 àpeu près, pour ce moule ci le temps de cuisson a été un peu plus d’une heure)
La tavola italiana
260 g cioccolato nero
170 g burro salato
150 g zucchero
4 uova
Accendere il forno a 100°C
Sciogliere il cioccolato al bagnomaria
Aggiungere il burro al cioccolato
Levare del bagnomaria e aggiungere il zucchero
Incorporare uno a volta le uova
Versare nello stampo e mettere a cuocere tra 1h e 1h20 (dipende della larghezza dello stampino circa 1h20 per uno stampo a cake e un’oretta per questo tipo di stampo)
Boy & Man
Do you know what is the different between a boy and a man? Someone just told me that, actually a boy is someone you play with, and a man is someone you get married with.
This saying actually do make sense to me. As we all know what's the meaning of a playboy, however, we are rearly to call someone a playman.....
But isn't it that if you get married with a man, so you can make sure that he will never cheat on you. Or isn't it that if you are being with a boy, so then you guys can never get to marriage???
Actually there isn't any definit answer to the question. However, I can sure one thing that is everyone woman just wish to
find the right one and hold on to and get married with him one day, and that's what we called as husband......

Green Tea Pudding
Green Tea Pudding
- whipping cream 200g
- milk 150g
- coconut milk 50g
- sugar 50g
- gelatin leaf 7g
- green tea powder 7g
1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for about 2 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
2. Mix 50g milk and green tea powder with a handheld beater.
3. Heat whipping cream, 100g milk, coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan until slightly boil.
4. Remove from the heat, add in the softened gelatin and the green tea milk, mix well and let cool.
5. Pour the green tea mixture into 6 dessert cups evenly and refrigerate for 3 hours.
